Kidzworld Terms & Conditions
All children must be accompanied by a responsible adult. At no time should children be left unsupervised.
Children and adults must remove their shoes before using any of the soft play equipment, but please leave your socks on. However, shoes must be worn within Shipwreck Island.
Shoes can be deposited in the locker room. A key can be collected at the entrance lobby. A deposit is required for the key which will be refunded to you when you return your key.
All equipment is regularly checked and is best suited for children between the ages of 2 and 12 years
A soft play area is provided for the under 5's, together with a play pen for babies.
Sharp objects such as jewellery, watches, buckles etc... must not be worn on the play equipment. Remove all ties and belts if possible.
It is advisable for children to wear long sleeved tops that can be tucked in.
Children with glasses or contact lenses are at risk in certain play areas, so extra care should be taken.
Children must not be allowed to eat sweets or chewing gum whilst using the facilities
First aid facilities are located at the reception desk at the cafeteria. Most of our staff are first aid qualified.
Customers' own food is not allowed to be consumed on the premises
We have a strict No Smoking policy in Kidzworld
In the interest of safety, disruptive behaviour will not be tolerated and will be brought to the attention of the supervising adult.
Please be extra vigilant by the ball pools as they can be dangerous for very young children.
All children are requested to wear socks in the interest of hygiene
Please advise your children to use the slides correctly:
> Always use the appropriate mat or sack
> Always go down the slide feet first.
> Position yourself in the centre of the slide.
> Always go down the slide one at a time.
> Move away quickly from the bottom of the slide
> Children must not climb back up the slide.
Children who are unwell should not be allowed to use facilities.
Children's toilet facilities are provided within Kidzworld. We would advise parents to encourage young children to use these prior to using the play equipment
Baby changing and disabled toilet facilities are also provided
Most of all have a very enjoyable day. You may stay as long as you wish but please ensure your hand is stamped for re-entry. Should you require any assistance for any problem you may have, please feel free to consult one of our members of staff.

All guests are welcomed into Kidzworld provided they play safe and are aware of our play safe rules. We want everyone to enjoy Kidzworld.
Photography is allowed within your group only. Please be sensitive to anyone who does not wish to be photographed.
At busy times Kidzworld may need to introduce a queuing system to ensure safety is complied with and is our watchword. If we need to introduce queuing we operate a one out /one in process. We will do everything we can to keep the queues to a minimum. Booking on-line does offer a Fast-Track option to miss out on the queues.
If you use Fast Track, please keep to your time of entry, as if you miss your entry slot you will be asked to queue as Fast Track is operated on a strict timing window.
Kidzworld management and team have your safety and enjoyment at heart, so please obey any instructions or requests from the members of staff.
We reserve the right to ask anyone to leave the premises, without any refunds, if their behaviour is causing upset or inconvenience to others.
Party Booking Terms & Conditions
Party size will be a minimum of five party guests, including the birthday child: Maximum bookable party size is 28, more may be accommodated via discussion with Kidzworld. Charlie's is a minimum of 10 guests.
Kidzworld guests must be supervised by parents or other responsible adults: Please ensure there is at least one adult for every five children.
Kidzworld parties can be booked at anytime during opening hours either via www.kidzworlduk.co.uk or calling 01726 815553.
Whilst we will do our upmost to accommodate your needs, party rooms will be allocated on a 1st booked basis.
Online booking will require booking for a minimum number of children to be paid for at the time of booking: Numbers can increase from this minimum number via advisement with Kidzworld
Telephone or in person booking will require a minimum £10 (non-refundable) deposit
Party numbers MUST be CONFIRMED to Kidzworld 72 hours before the date of the party
All monies must be paid at time of number confirmation.
Payment by cheque will be required seven days before your party, to allow clearance
The number of party guests confirmed at this time is the minimum number you will be charged for. Numbers may be increased, please ensure you advise Kidzworld if your numbers do increase.
Any extra guests that turn up on the day must be paid for at point of entry and the extra numbers advised to your Kidzworld host at this time. We will do everything we can to accommodate these extra guests within the party, but do reserve the right to not being able to in extreme circumstances.

It is the party organisers responsibility to advise Kidzworld of any party special requirements i.e. dietary, access, other. We will do our best to accommodate all your needs, and if we cannot we will let you know before you arrive.
Please be aware that Kidzworld will be open to the general public whilst your party is ongoing, whilst you will have exclusivity to your party room (1 Hour Only).
Photography is allowed within your party group, please make your party host aware if anyone would prefer not to be photographed.
We cannot guarantee a nut free food preparation area. If you have any concerns regarding allergies please speak with your party host
Kidzworld will be in contact with you prior to your party to confirm your booking requirements and answer any questions you may have.
